The Attribute Scales™
are displayed using the team leader as the center line. Team members are represented by the blue lines.
The 1st scale shows that members are more accommodating than their leader, Jack. He may view this as a weakness in his teammates, but he may need to call on one of them, say
Lisa, if his intransigence stalls the project.
The 2nd scale shows that compared to Jack, everyone has difficulty adapting to change. Especially, David. Jack will need to know and prepare for this to avoid forcing David into a situation where he won't be productive.
The 3rd scale suggests that Lisa may "withdraw" when confronted, by Jack, on performance issues. Jack needs to know that while he thrives on conflict, his co-workers may not.
The 4th scale hows that David and Todd have trust issues compared to Jack. Monika, on the other hand, appears to be a team member on whom Jack can rely.
Note at the top of the page that the user can change the leader of the team from this page, as well as from the page where the entire team can be modified. Useful in evaluating...
• the best overall team leader.
• situational leadership.
• the scope and range of collective strengths (remain proactive).
