This is where individual strengths and team objectives are aligned and duties assigned. You've defined the key success factors for an objective (Attributes), and marked member strengths (Attribute Scales™).

The Team Tool™ is accessed off your "myAccount" page. For this demonstration, we've teamed Jack, David, Lisa, Monika and Todd from our client list and called them Team #1. Jack, is the chosen leader. Click on the blue diamond next to a member name to revise the team on-the-fly.

We'll evaluate the team as a virtual working unit via Attributes.
SEE how individual strengths compliment other member strengths.
SEE where individual strengths best meet objectives.
SEE if you've got the right mix of talent.
SEE where personality clashes are most likely.

We'll use one Attribute grouping "Cooperativeness" to view the resulting team dynamics with Jack as leader.
